Swurveys recently partnered with a Human Resources services company to use the SMS retrieval feature to deliver the Swurveys URL directly to their audience’s phone.  We wanted to show you how simple it is to implement in your workshops.

Select a SMS Keyword
Right before publishing your Swurvey, a dialog will invite you to enable SMS retrieval. Choose the keyword that matches the occasion and a message that will accompany it. This is a feature that is available for Feedback and Feedback Plus. It costs one credit per completion to enable.

Instruct Audience

At the end of the workshop, the facilitator included a slide in their presentation with the selected short code and the Swurveys number. Below is an example slide. Give it a go right now!


What they’ll see
They will receive the Swurveys URL and the accompanying message. You can take it a step further and add a branded social share image.
